Submission of a service request form does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. All work is subject to a separate written agreement or estimate.

5. No Emergency Services Guarantee

While we make every effort to respond quickly to emergency service requests, submission of a form marked as an emergency does not guarantee immediate response. For urgent situations, please call us directly at (979) 320-4940 in addition to submitting the form.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a service request. J4 Water Works is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
